Both the Comox Fire Department and our Traning Centre have relied on Last Logos for a number of projects. The Training Centre recently purchased over 1500 water bottles 700 of which we sponsored for the BC Fire Chiefs convention. Tracy Last donated 100 bottles for the Fire Chiefs and 100 for the Training Centre. In turn we recognized Last Logos as a co-sponsor on both projects.
I have found Tracy and her staff very professional to deal with. The products they have supplied have been of good quality and service has been outstanding!
I would not hesitate recommending Last Logos for anyone needing promotional products and marketing services!

As a Trades member of the British Columbia Fire Chiefs Association I have known Tracy Last for 10 years both in my capacity as an owner and manufacturers representative.
I have directed several of my clients to Last Logos for when they required products and marketing expertise. Their feedback is that Tracy responds promptly to inquiries, researches and develops new and innovative marketing campaigns and provides quality products to support those marketing campaigns. All of them continue to work with Last Logos and remain repeat, satisfied customers.
Recently Tracy helped re-brand my company. This process included development of a new logo, design of business cards, letterhead, brochures and apparel. With the FCABC conference coming up we were under quite the time constraint to complete the project. Tracy and her team moved through the entire process professionally and seamlessly. I received all of the products on time and am very satisfied with the result.
In addition to the re-brand Tracy aligned my company with a very uniqe promotion. BC Fire Chiefs will receive a discount for any order of "Challenge Coins" placed at my booth during the FCABC convention.
It has been a lot of fun working with Tracy on these projects! I am glad she noticed my logo was in need of a makeover and I look forward to now having a better presence in the marketplace.

Tracy, thank you for all the assistance you have provided Vancouver Fire & Rescue Services over the past years, supplying us with personalized giveaway items that we have required. Your assistance in the development and the timely delivery of these products has been a great asset to our Fire Department.
As you aware, the products that we purchase from you are instrumental in helping us as a Fire Service to spread our message of fire and life safety, particularly to the young children of our city. Unfortunately though, due to budgetary restraints, our ability to provide these giveaways is dwindling and although we will continue to purchase products from you, it may be in fewer quantities.
If you have any innovative ideas to assist us in meeting our goals, we would be more than willing to listen. We would also be receptive to allowing companies that are willing to assist us through sponsorship to proudly display their company logo on our giveaways. We are open to any other ideas you may have to help keep our costs down on these products.

My first meeting with Tracy was in 1996. Our working relationship has continued from that date until the writing of this reference.
During this time Tracy has demonstrated her ability to:
- respond promptly to inquiries
- research and develop information
- provide quality products
Her dedication to providing these services has contributed to the success of project such as:
- the bi-annual Thompson Okanagan Inter-Agency, Wildland Urban Interface Symposiums
- educational materials and hand-outs for Fire Prevention Awareness Campaigns
In summary Tracy has demonstrated an ability to receive and analyse information, do research and provide her clients with innovative and practical solutions. Through her actions she has provided individual service to small fire departments as well as to larger local and provincial government organizations.
To this date Tracy continues to keep in touch with me on her projects. I appreciate her enthusiasm and am happy to share my expertise or insight when and where possible.

Top Notch Work! All of the products I ordered have arrived, in a timely fashion as well! Everything looks great, the t-shirts, mugs, bracelets, decals, clip'ems. All of the people in our Fire and EMS Departments especially like the Clip'ems that are a mini replica of our Fire Department crest. We've been working together quite seamlessly for several years now and we have a good sense of the products that go over very well with our various programs. Will be back soon to order more. |

Cheers to a big job done right! We ordered over 300 sweat suits for 300 cheerleaders. This is our second year ordering!
